  • Grey Heron strutting around on the Glade School playing field, Atherton Road

Goodmayes:

  • 10 Waxwing on the fence by the railway line by the playing field east of Goodmayes Station.

Hainault:

  • 15 Waxwings on TV ariels in Manford Way (Peter Hopkins)
  • Singing Song Thrush and Great Spotted Woodpecker in the garden, Hannover Gardens (Eddie Barnes)

Roding Valley Park:

  • pr Bullfinch, c24 Redwing, Grey Heron, 4 Long Tailed Tit (2 pairs) (Alan Hobson)

Valentines Park:

  • Cormorant
  • 4 Mute Swan, Canad Goose, 2 Greylag Goose, 1 Egyptian Goose standing sentinal
  • Mallard Tufted, 9 Pochard, 2 Shoveler, Coot, Moorhen
  • Common Gull, Black Headed Gull
  • Feral Pigeon, Wood Pigeon, Collared Dove
  • Great Spotted Woodpecker drumming

Valentines Park, again...

  • Mediterranean Gull showing well, He has his full black head now, and is likely to be off any day now..

Wanstead Park:

  • male Lesser Spotted Woodpecker (Natalia Benejah)
