  • 2 Green Woodpeckers, 2 Jays (AHobson+1)
Gants Hill, Roll Gardens:
  • 1 Sparrowhawk - seen around 2pm crashing into tree with a surprise unsuccessful attack. 1 Coal tit, 1 Long tailed tit, 2 Great tits, 10 Blue tits, 11 Greenfinches, 8 Chaffinches, 6 Goldfinches, 11 House Sparrows, 1 Dunnock, 1 Robin, 1 Great Spotted Woodpecker (Male), 2 Blackbirds ( Male & Female), 25 - 30 Starlings, 1 Magpie, 1 Wood pigeon, 12 Feral pigeons (Alan Thomas)

Roding Valley Park:
  • Little Egret again. Green Woodpecker again. Male Kestrel - presumably the same one that has been there since September, so looks like he is staying for the winter. Also a chiff chaff, and several Goldfinch, gt tit, blue tit, LT tit, moorhens, jays, mallards, wrens, robins, woodpigeons, BH gulls, LBB gulls, crows, magpies, chaffinch (PGordon)

Valentines Park:
  • Grey Heron, Mute Swan (4 ad, 7 juv) ,Canada Goose, Egyptian Goose (2) , Mallard ,Tufted Duck, Pochard (7m 2f), Shoveler (5m 3f), Coot , Moorhen, Common Gull ,Black-headed Gull, Mediterranean Gull – aka Valentino, Herring Gull, Feral Pigeon , Wood Pigeon ,Collared Dove (4), Great Spotted Woodpecker (1), Pied Wagtail (2) - overflew calling, Wren (1), Robin , Mistle Thrush, Blackbird, Blue Tit ,Great Tit, Coal Tit (1) – In the Wilderness, Long-tailed Tit (4), Magpie (6), Carrion Crow, Jay(2), Starling (10), House Sparrow (9), In / along the Brisbane Road hedges, Chaffinch (7), Greenfinch (5), Goldfinch (3), Siskin (4) (Mike Condon)

  • pr Wigeon on Heronry, another on SOM (NC), 50 Pochard, 61 Gadwall, 12 Teal (10 in flight), 21 Shoveler (18 on Alex), 5+ Little Grebe, 3 Snipe over Heronry (+ 1 River Roding), 7 Lapwing over - 4 S (NC), 3 NW (SF), 15 + Goldcrest, Coal Tit (Steve Thorpe), Treecreeper near the Dell (Steve Thorpe/Nick Croft), 28 Jackdaw, 9 Siskin, 6 Greenfinch, 12 Stock Dove (8 in Park and 4 North), 1 Linnet 5 Green Woodpecker, 5 Great Spotted Woodpeckers, Kingfisher, Grey Wagtail (Stuart Fisher, Steve Thorpe and Nick Croft)
