Goodmayes, King George Hospital:

• 8 Blackbirds singing at 4am at King George Hospital
• 1 Robin

Hainault Forest CP:

• Sparrowhawk; 3 Fieldfare; 114 Redwing; 3 Coal Tit; pr Bullfinch. (BJ)

South Woodford:

• Sparrowhawk flying around and Cormorant over (PGordon)

Valentines Park:

• Black-headed Gulls, Mediterranean Gull (Valentino - getting breeding plumage), 6 Common Gulls
