Fairlop Waters CP:

Claybury Park:

• 2 adult with 4 grown young Moorhen and 2 Mallard on the pond with 10 Black Headed Gulls and a Grey Heron

Roding Valley Park, Woodford Bridge:

• Kestrel, Great Spotted Woodpecker,
• Pied Wagtail, 2 flocks of Long-tailed Tits, Jay
• Redbridge Lakes: 4 adolescent Mute Swans, juveniles from the spring and now in semi-adult plumage, and sticking together after their parents presumably drove them off from their territory on the river (where I saw them all together in the summer).
