- Turtle Dove, Spotted Flycatcher, 2 Whinchat (Stuart Fisher)
Gants Hill:
- Great Spotted Woodpeckers - Male still present & Immature female with barley little of red on crown (previously Juvenile) on peanut feeder late evening.
- House Sparrows - At least 20+ in around garden today.
- Greenfinches - c10 around feeder & in tree.
- Chaffinches - Around 8 seen could be more at the back of garden were view is obscured.
- Blue & Great tits - Good numbers flying around in garden.
- Goldfinch - One adult feeding from nyjer seed feeder.
- Plus - 5 Magpies, 4 Starlings, 2 Dunnocks, 2 Robins (J&A), 2 Blackbirds (M&F), 1 Collard Dove, 1 Woodpigeon & 11 Feral pigeons.
- Shock, Horror! "No sighting of Coal tit today only second time not seen in
- two months of continuous visits - I hope it hasn't gone on to pastures new".
