Woodford Green:

• pair of Pied Wagtails, pair of Goldfinches, and a pair of Blue Tits around Broadmead Estate

Hainault:

• Grey Heron flew over Tomswood Hill, presumably from Claybury Park Pond.

Fairlop Waters:

• 2 Little Owls in the usual tree
• female Merlin flying low (hunting) over the southern gravel works site 6pm
• only 4 Lapwing left!, 8 Snipe, 4 Redshank and 3 Green Sandpiper
• female Stonechat and 5 Meadow Pipits
• 1 Grey Heron.
• pair of Shelduck, 30+ Teal, a few Gadwall, Mallards, Tufted Ducks, Moorhen, Coots

Gants Hill:

• male Great Spotted Woodpecker in a garden (Alan Thomas)
